With a passion for Cinema we suggest you include Berlin in your trip and be there for one of the film industry's most prestigious annual events: the Berlinale! The Berlin International Film Festival was started in 1951 as an effort to bring back some of the vibe and culture of the city during the Golden Twenties. Bringing buzz to town for two weeks in February, the Berlinale is today Berlin's largest cultural event. With a record of 150,000 tickets sold, 16,000 film professionals rocking up and around, 350 movies screened running for the coveted ?Golden Bear? award, this festival features the biggest audience of any film festival in the world! Superb cinemas across the city, including the Arsenal, CinemaxX and CineStar host the films.
Berlin is covered with the official poster series of graphic designer Antonia Neubacher. For this 58th Berlin International Film Festival the responsible for the artwork said that the poster series is a reduced variation of the necessary and the apparently random. One can see the series as a programmatic statement, in which the Berlinale Bear as a visual representative of the festival is in constant motion. The are all over Berlin since January 22, 2008.
If you wish to be on theme and get to know something about Berlin from your own tv screen here a small not exhaustive list of good movies you can deciede to see before you go.

A valid alternative are the Berlin apartments usually very cool and stylish at very affordable prices or consider the cheapest youth hostels.
There are a lot of ideas that you may have heard or seen before in reference to marriage proposals that really appear great. With all these to choose, which is the best for you and your mate? The answer is: probably NONE of them! Why you may ask? Well, the first thing that I would like to share is that if you plan to imitate what someone else did you are already headed down the wrong direction. If you have heard it, your mate probably has also and it will be like watching a rerun. Who wants something as special as a marriage proposal to be a duplicate of that someone else did? Certainly not your mate and if you don’t believe me then find that the statistics show that over 80%* of women are less than satisfied with their proposals. And where do many of these proposals come from? The countless books and websites that all promote the same ideas of what to do. You get the idea, yet? So, the first thing not to do is follow anyone else’s example of what they did.Moving to other items that should be avoided; they all fall into the category of low probability. As our company is Las Vegas, we are very aware of good and bad odds. There are certain things that are just so unlikely to be successful, like winning a million on the penny slots, that they should be carefully evaluated prior to putting forth the efforts. 1) The love-at-first sight, so I will ask you to marry me. This is #1 low probability scale. You have better chances of a Royal Flush in the final round of the W.S.O.P. (World Series of Poker) than this one working out well. Advice - don’t go “All-In" on the first round…2) A close second is ring placement that puts it out of your possession in a public place. You will be amazed at just how often someone will happen across the “hidden" ring and it will change from your big payday to the lucky finder’s. This is our version of playing the slot for hours, getting up and the next person wins on the very first spin3) A specific segment of ring placement that needs its own mention is food and drinks. It may sound like a good idea to have your mate “happen" across the ring during a meal, but there is also a good chance that they will not find it prior to breaking a tooth, swallowing it, or never getting to that portion of the food. Any of these will not give you the desired effect and may even delay the event all together. This is our equivalent of the slot machine malfunctioning on a jackpot and you getting nothing (it happens).4) Another tried and true one to avoid is the “let’s get engaged during the ball game." You can go to a game and finish the evening with a proposal, but it is probably not always a good idea to use a TV timeout for asking your sweetheart to spend her life with you. The rest of your time at the game will be shot with drunk people congratulating you and your mate. She will also, probably spend the rest of the evening on the phone calling her friends to watch you two on the evening news and when you two aren’t shown she is disappointed. Any of these and many others are low probability of great success approaches. Do not follow the other men that continue to go down this road to being in the 80% of unsuccessful proposers. Take a high probability approach, like out T.I.P. method that will significantly increase your chances of winning the jackpot - your mate’s satisfaction and happiness with your marriage proposal that sets the tone for a loving, life-long marriage.
