One of the biggest mistakes that I see anglers make is the fact that they aren't very efficient. What do I mean by this? Simple. As anglers, the more time that we can spend with our lines in the water the better. You can't catch any fish without having your line in the water, so the more time that can be spent with our lines in the water the better our chances of hooking up. There are two very simple, yet amazingly effective, ways to become a more efficient angler, that you may not have been aware of? I'm going to introduce you to those two ways in this article.

A Bait Bag - If you use live worms for fishing, and you tend to move around a lot while fishing, a bait bag needs to be employed. What is a bait bag? A bait bag is simply a small bag that hangs off of your fishing vest, belt, or shirt, and carries your live worms. In other words, you but worms just as you normally would. Then when you get to where you're going to fish, you simply take the worms from the container they were purchased in, place then into your bait bag, and go. This way your live worms are right there, literally "at you fingertips", waiting to be used. A Bait bag eliminates the need to look for your worms or dig through your vest for your worms. Your worms are always right there, hanging off of your vest, belt, or shirt, just waiting to be used. A bait bag makes you a ton more efficient, ands lets you spend more time with your line in the water.

Retractors - Employing retractors is a great way to make any angler more efficient. How? By enabling then to have their most used equipment, such as hemostats or nail clippers, at "the ready" at all times. You see, your hemostats can be placed on a retractor and then you always know where they are. When you need them to remove a hook, simply grab them and go to work, then when you're done with them, simply let them go. The retractor will zip them right back up. The same holds true for nail clippers. No more biting your line. With nail clippers attached to a retractor you simply use your nail clippers to snip the fishing line. Then, when you're done let go of the clippers, and zip, the retractor pulls them back! Retractors are an incredible way to become a more efficient angler.

Being an efficient angler is being an effective angler, because as I said before, the more time that can be spent with your line in the water, the better. Retractors and a bait bag will make you so much more efficient, you'll find it hard to believe. Not only that, but you'll wonder how you ever fished without them. I know to me, the idea of not using either my bait bag or retractors while fishing isn't even an option any more. They are both as much a part of my fishing gear as my rod and reel are.

A young up and coming entrepreneur will posses many qualities in varying degrees, however one important trait of being an innovative entrepreneur is having innovation. The differences between people can be amazing, how many times have you looked with envy at someone who can come across a problem and quickly find a solution to work around that problem? Or see someone take a product or service and give it a little tweak to make it even better?

If you have ever stopped in your tracks and looked at these people in awe, then you could do with a little help to become more innovative. Being an innovative entrepreneur isn't that hard it just requires you to change your way at looking at things a little differently.

Curiosity is a must if you want to be innovative; you have to be curious about life and what it has to offer you and what you can get out of it. A good way to start is by looking at your experiences and start questioning why did things happen like that? What might have happened if you had done something a different way?

Being ready to accept change and accept new ideas and thoughts should be considered. Get insight from other business people around you, read the business journals and magazines, above all keep on top of what's current.

Persistency is a great trait so if things don't happen immediately or they don't turn out as planned then persist to get there. Solution to problems that crop up rarely come straight away, most usually a great deal of thought will have to go into finding a solution.

Being an entrepreneur requires you to put your faith in others and asking for help when it's needed. While you might have a great idea, you might only be able to go so far on your own. If this is this case then seek help or advice from someone you can trust, who could help you move forward with your idea and put it into action.

So as you can see being an innovative entrepreneur isn't really all that hard, a little change in how you look at things and the world around you and you can find the success that so many young up and coming entrepreneurs have.
