Anxiety creates many products to our body. The physical effects include our nervous, cardiovascular, and respiratory and sweat gland systems. For the nervous system, it releases energy that either will make us prepared for an action and another energy that relaxes our body. For the cardiovascular, it gives more of our blood flow to the heart and to other muscles of the body as well. For the respiratory, it provides more breathing; in turn this makes us feel breathless, choking, tightness in the chest area. For the sweat glands, gives more sweat and with this provides a cooling effect to our bodies. Long term effects include heart problems. One should learn to relax themselves in order not to get heart problems. If not, you can have a heart attack or a stroke. More and more people have heart failures. They often have to take medicines and undergo heart processes. With the rising cost of today’s commodities, one cannot afford to get sick let alone undergo process. The main physical effect of anxiety is heart troubles. If one learns to deal with anxiety, you can have less threat to getting a heart attack.
