[S563]Slow Motion Golf Swing
by Dan Farrell, Dan
Believe it or not, when one performs a golf golf swing, it is not just your arms. It is also more about the golfer's golf swing as it turns away from the target. The club is swung behind the golfer's back than it is swung towards the air.

The golf swing

By taking a closer look, the golf golf swing actually works from up to down. The takeaway begins from the top as you start the movement with your arms and follows as you do that turn with your shoulders. The golf swing then actually goes straight down toward the legs and the hips.

The golf golf swing is first and foremost about how the body is being coiled upwards thereby creating the needed tension in the muscles as well as torque to be able to let out that all powerful down swing. Particularly, that the back swing is created anywhere in between the golfer's turning his or her upper body as well as shoulders and the turning - to a lesser degree - the lower body and the hips.

Relax

It is highly recommended that the golfer shouldn't do the swing in a speedy manner. If a golf swing is done in a speedily, the down swing doesn't swing fast, in actuality it might do the opposite.

The golf swing speed should be in a speed that is steady and should neither be fast nor slow. Although some golfers have that tendency to swing either too fast or slow in the down swing. Anytime you catch yourself or are aware of you doing this, try to slow it down a bit.

The move downswing

When you reach the down swing, all you really need to do is to just let it go. Let the down swing happen naturally. Yet, this only applies if ever you were able to begin with a golf stance, golf swing and grip that is correct.

The down swing must be the natural result of all that went before it. If you were able to perform your golf swing in the correct manner, your body will release in itself thus releasing the club and striking the ball with a follow through this balanced.

The follow through

A follow through should be best seen as the feather in your cap move. The legs must be somewhat straight and the hips have to form a straight line together with the legs.

This move will serve as the gauge of the entire swing you have just performed. You need to know that you were able to pull a swing that is smooth and balanced if in the end you have a position that looks like the letter C, only in reverse.

Golf has become more popular among both men and women. It can be played at an amateur level as well as professional level. Because the equipment is a tad bit pricey even at an amateur level it is essential to learn how to play the game correctly in order to make the best of both the equipment and the game itself.

Many amateur golfers often slice the ball have reported that their slice disappeared when they learned to fix their grip. Imagine that, you can instantly improve your golf swing just by learning how to grip your golf club correctly.

Regardless of which way you grip your golf club, never grip the club too tightly. This is one of the biggest causes of slicing the ball. You want to hold the club firm, but not "choke hold" it, meaning, you want a firm hold while not tensing up your hands or forearms, this makes you feel more relaxed and focused as well as giving you better control.

Bring your mindset up by visualizing a round of golf when you have free time.Imagine making good swings and hitting a great shot every time.Imagine tension free golf, with preparation. You will be increasing your mindset and preparing for a smart game plan for your next round.

Because putting is such an important part of the golf game and keeping in mind that usually you can only select 14 clubs during a golf game, having two putters is not a bad idea. Even if you have two different putters you do not always have to take both of them, but getting comfortable with using them is very important so use them with an additional golf training aid.

Many amateur golfers have shaved 3 or 4 strokes off their games just by practicing 5 or 10 minutes while waiting for dinner or supper to be served. Putting is something you can easily practice at home.

In the most extreme case, if your club is too long or too short you will not be able to swing it properly. Your golf clubs will either keep on plowing into the ground or miss the golf ball. Either way, you will look stupid and feel stupid.

Whether you are already a die hard golfer or are a beginner, you want to learn how you can get the best golf swing so that you can start having fun and enjoying the game.
