Listen, right sized people have more energy full stop. They also get sick less often, sleep better, and wake up refreshed. Oh, and did I mention they live longer too? If you can think of one good reason why slouching heavily into an armchair and cramming all sorts of the 'wrong foods' into your eager mouth day in day out as viable option to wellbeing, then good luck to you. If you want to feel healthier and be able to look into the mirror with glee, then get your flipping act together and start on an exercise training program today.
There are no magical cures out there, or wonder pills, nor will there ever be, so I wouldn't sit around too long waiting for such. You need to simply take a good hard look at yourself and repeat the words; If it's to be it's up to me!
You can do it but you have to work at it and follow through. Remember, today is the very first day of the rest of your life. Make it a good day, a day of change and personal improvement.
