[#1]8 Simple Rules Video
by Mike Beale, Mik
Most people think it's difficult to make money at the race track. But as you are about to see, this is not exactly true. If you would like a horse racing system that is both profitable and easy to use, why don't you check out this great little system? It has 3 rules yet it is so easy that even a complete beginner could be successful with it.

I will show you the rules, and then I will explain why the system works and review its strong points and weaknesses.

Here are the Rules
1. The race must be a claiming race but it can not be a maiden claiming race. You can see if the race is a claiming race by looking in the race conditions at the top of either the track program or the past performances.

2. Calculate each horse's LEPS, lifetime earnings per start by dividing each horse's lifetime earnings by its lifetime starts. You can find the horse's lifetime earnings and starts in the top right corner of its past performance listing.

3. Bet the horse to win with the highest lifetime earnings per start if it goes to post at 8-to-1 or higher odds.

The Reasons Why this Handicapping System Will Make You Money
Horses have different levels of ability. That is why there are different class levels in thoroughbred horse racing. As long as a horse is in good condition, he will win easily if he is dropped to a lower class level.

When a horse meets the requirements of these three rules, he will almost certainly have been competitive in higher class levels in the past. Most of these horses as a rule can't win at their former class level because they have had injuries. So they are used by the racing insiders as ?betting tools.? The trainers keep racing these horses because it is easy to darken their form. The trainer knows that if the horse can return to its former form even for only one more race, it will easily defeat the cheaper horses it will face in today's race. So because of manipulation by the trainer, these horses do win and will win suddenly without showing any signs of improvement. Also because of this manipulation by the trainer, these horses will usually pay very high odds when they win.

Advantages and Disadvantages Using this System
This system can be a big money maker over the long run and will usually generate an income of over 25% per each dollar you bet. The weakest point of the system is the win percentthat will run from 10% to 14%. What this means is if you start using this system you should expect large losing streaks.

The number or size of consecutive losers for any handicapping method is determined by its win percentage. Let's suppose as an example that you were winning around 14% of the time, which is winning about one out of every seven bets. The expected largest string of consecutive losers per 1000 bets would be 34 losers in a row. You would also expect to see around 27 losing streaks of at least 10 or more for each 1,000 bets that you make. This means you should expect to be playing through a consecutive losing streak of 10 or more about thirty seven percent of the time while you are using this method.

The percentage of winners is one of the most important factors to consider when evaluating any handicapping system. If you are looking for a horse racing system with a larger percentage of winners than this method, take a look at ?The Indicator Handicapping Method? which can be found at turfanalyst.com, my website.

Follow these 10 guidelines for NOT to clearing clutter and I can guarantee you will be able to get more and more clutter and disorganization in your life and avoid organized living altogether!

1. Shop 'til you Drop - be a good consumer and get out there and buy stuff, even stuff you do not need or want. When you think you have enough go and buy more. Better yet every time you feel emotionally upset or are having a bad day engage in shopping therapy to make yourself feel better. Just remember that in order to create more clutter you must always add to what you already have so if you buy duplicates of any item make sure you keep each and every one!

2. Do not plan - live in the moment and only deal with what is going on right now. Who cares if you cannot find your socks, your briefcase or your keys tomorrow morning? You are happy right now and you should be able to do only what you want to do at this moment.

3. Assign the same level of importance to everything - this will make you feel truly overwhelmed and if you are feeling overwhelmed about getting organized you can just go shopping!

4. Accept every free item that is offered to you - if it's free it must be worthwhile and having.

5. Never ever say no, to anyone or anything, not even to yourself - This method is guaranteed to win your friends because no one will ever be mad at you! and in addition you will likely never have to be bothered with clutter control. You will just keep accumulating stuff. Definitely a win/win situation for the clutter lover!

6. Procrastinate - why make a decision today when you can do it tomorrow, or the day after, or the year after that! Clearing clutter? not today - maybe tomorrow

7. Create emotional attachments to your stuff - being emotionally attached to stuff is so much safer than forming relationships with people. If you ignore clutter control altogether your stuff will never abandon you, hurt your feelings, or be late for a lunch date! When your stuff has such wonderful emotions and memories attached why would anyone want to go out and create new memories??

8. Stay stuck in the past- the future is so uncertain but the past is a known entity. There are no uncertainties in the past! Actually moving forward in your life would mean clearing clutter (horrors). Better to stick with what you know than face an uncertain future.

9. Think emotionally not logically- use your emotions as the basis for every decision in your life and you are guaranteed to have more of what you already have!

10. Keep everything "just in case" - in order to keep your clutter you must assume that everything you keep will have some usefulness in the future. You do not have to plan to use it tomorrow or even the next day just someday! You should not be planning to use it anyway or you are breaking one of these rules!

So there you have it. Ten simple rules for how to avoid organized living and avoid clutter control altogether!.
