Its pretty amazing in this time and place with the amount of information to health and wellness many of us still struggle to find a way to kick that weight problem out of the house FOREVER. The best analogy is if you tried to put a couple of gallons of oil in your engine you would ruin your it. A regular car requires a few quarts of oil and performs perfectly on that, nothing more and nothing less. (There goes all of my car knowledge out the window). So you still want to know "The best way to lose weight this year" and how much FAT have I lost? Well as of this moment I've lost 49lbs and thats 49lbs of pure FAT, not water weight or anything else.
