Imagine if calendar wasn’t invented and printed, how would we know and mark special days that happened in our life? How would we be able to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other important occasions? How would we plan our future and our meetings?

That’s okay, you may say if you are living in the old days when all you need to know is when to get up, when to sleep, when to plant the corn, and when to reap it. You may also mark the walls of your cave just to have an idea on how many days passed by already.

With the fast way of living we have today, it would definitely be hard to get by without a calendar on your pocket. Some people would not even be complete without an organizer, which is an extensive calendar that plans your life to the minute.

Though calendars are definitely a must in our everyday life, we should not be ruled by it. Let us refrain from being mechanical robots that follows the events of the day to the letter, or should I say minute.

But calendars should be printed carefully otherwise this could cause mayhem. Calendar printing is both very crucial and very rewarding. Printing a calendar is very crucial because a single mistake done to it can very well affect the person that would use it.

It can be very rewarding as well because you know that calendars are frequently used and your time and effort in preparing for it would not be wasted. In planning a calendar, you could also opt to include special occasions and mark special days that you think would definitely benefit the user.

Calendars are very effective as promotional tool because they are definitely usable and very reliable to the customers and prospective customers alike. But you don’t have to be stuck in calendar printing specifically in paper or in a strong surface. You may want to improvise and have your calendar be printed on magnets or mugs or even on ballpoint pens.

Be as creative as you want in using calendars as your giveaway. You can maximize the usefulness of calendars by using it as your promotional tool. No need to be limited to the usual uses of calendars.

In the end, calendars are only as effective as you want it to be. You may want to live your life according to what the calendar dictates you to or you can be as nonchalant as you want and live your life the way you want it to be.

Calendars are only here to guide us that each day passes by and that we should make the most of it if we can. They are representations that time does fly and that we should do everything that we need to do before time catches up with us.


Here are few Anytime and Anywhere Exercises:-

a) Crunch

Lie down on the floor on your back with your feet up on the couch or something. Give support to your neck with the help of cushion. Place your buttocks as near as possible to the couch. Lock your elbows. Now slowly raise your head off the ground just a few inches. Hold on to the raised position for 2 secs and then slowly come down.

Repeat this exercise 20 times to make one set.It will really build your abs and you will feel it.

b) Raising your Toes and then coming down.

Stand on a floor flatfooted with toes pointing straight.Hold onto something to balance yourself. Now VERY SLOWLY, raise your toes as high as possible. Hold on for 2 secs and come down very gently and slowly. Repeat it 20 times to make one set.

c) Push ups

Lie down on the floor facing towards the floor with your body weight on your palms.Now slowly , push your body up keeping your back straight and facing right ahead. Hold onto 2 secs and then slowly bring your body back to the starting position.

Repeat it 5-10 times in the beginning and then try to practice this exercise 20 times per set.

d) Wall Squat

Stand straight with your back against the wall. Now, gently move your body down to the sitting position. Make sure your back is still against the wall.Hold on to 15 secs and then gently move up keeping your back against the wall again.

Repeat it 5-10 times in the beginning and then try to practice this exercise 20 times per set.
