We all know that being fit in this day and age is a very important thing. There are more and more people dying of obesity every year, and even more people dying of being unfit, like from heart attacks and cancer and those sorts of illnesses. However, that aside from, we all want to be fits and look good because this is the sort of this we see on TV, all our favorite celebs are fit and sexy looking. Many people try to make us believe that we do not need to look like our favorite celebs and that being your own person in your own body is okay. If you are fat you must love yourself and be okay with it. People must accept you for who you are and so forth. But this is all a crock of bull.

It is true that you need to love yourself, it is true that you must be comfortable in your own skin and yes it is true that you need to not take what people say about you to heart. But it is also true that if you are so comfortable in your fat body that it leads you to just get fatter that it is not a good thing and that you are simply killing yourself. It is not a case of killing yourself slowly, because if you are over a certain weight and a certain size you are prone to have a heart attack at any minute. This is true because if you are fat you are not active, and the less active you are the more danger you are in. so do not stand aside and let your life pass you by, it is your life, so take control of it, do not tell it get away, be comfortable in your skin, but make sure your skin is not stretched around you, if you need to take a look at liposuction or even weight loss Houston. This is what you need to do for yourself, and the people around, because you are important, if you are not important to yourself, you should know that you are important to some around you. What I’m going to talk about today is simply going craaazzzzyyy with your weight loss goals.
Well what if for example you made a fat loss goal to lose 5 pounds in the next month.
If you end up not hitting your goal, are their any consequences?
If not, you’re missing out on some extraordinary benefits..
Because if you get crazy with your weight loss goals, not only will it be more fun - it will keep you on track easier.
When I mean you should go crazy with your goals, what I’m talking about is making yourself do something kind of crazy if you don’t hit the goals.
Let me give you an example. If I wanted to lose 2 pounds per week and didn't end up hitting that, I might tell my fiancee I'm going to do every household chore there is for an entire week.
Something else that might be crazy would be to go in a Target parking lot in rush hour and yell something embarrassing in front of everybody.
Or another thing I could do is force myself to give up my favorite food for an entire month, or even a week.
Just understand that the crazier you get with the consequences for your weight loss goals, the faster you'll see great results.
For some reason when you set this kind of weight loss goal, it puts a trigger in your brain to make sure you get it done. Your brain doesn't like anything bad to happen and if you create some kind of crazy consequence, it will do everything it can to make sure you hit that goal.
Plus, it just makes life a lot more fun!
I know this technique sounds kind of weird, but trust me - it’s a lot of fun and will actually help you stay on track much easier than simply having a regular weight loss goal and trying to accomplish it.
The one trick I should mention is that your “punishment" for not achieving that goal should be kind of equal to the amount of time you have to do it.
For example, don’t make yourself run a marathon if you only lose 1 pound in a week instead of 2.
Just remember - weekly goals have smaller consequences, monthly goals have bigger consequences, and yearly goals have very big consequences.
Do this and I guarantee you'll start hitting your weight loss goals easier and faster than ever!
