Looking back on the last time we saw the One Tree Hill gang, Nathan was finally moving forward with his life, Peyton was getting all anxious about Lucas' new girlfriend and Haley was trying to be a good samaritan and help out her struggling student, Quentin. This Tuesday's new episode entitled "It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)" will be picking up where we left off, with Peyton trying to be in good terms with Lindsey, while Nathan finally tries to get rid of his anger and frustrations. The CW has recently released two exclusive videos, giving us a sneak peek at what is to happen in next week's episode. These clips also hint that there are some major changes that will happen.

The first video features Nathan stopping by the basketball court in an attempt to help Quentin. The question here lies: Can Quentin be actually saved from self-destruction, or not? After the way he had been treating Haley (Bethany Joy Galleoti), do we even want to give this guy a chance? Probably the greatest thing in this episode is that we get to see Nathan detached from his mullet, thus we don't have to pity James Lafferty's character no longer. Plus, he gets to stop whining about his miserable life already!

The next clip features a distressed Peyton showing up at Lucas' (Chad Michael Murray) place and has an awkward run in with Lindsey. Peyton expresses her intent on apologizing and starting over a clean slate after the bamboo plant shenigans last week. However, Lindsey is off to New York for the weekend, thus suggesting that Peyton and Lucas go together to the opening of Brooke's (Sophia Bush) store. Peyton thinks that it's too much and awkward, but thinks about it anyway. Love triangle, anyone?

Fans will also see the return of Kevin Federline's wannabe rock star in the next episode, as well as the debut of another new character named Mia. "It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)" airs on Tuesday at 9pm on the CW.
