The difference with Paid to Read Email Programs is they are free to join and you are not aware of the scam until it is time to cash out or request your payment.

When you do it like this people are more inclined to sign up for your traffic bar just to know what the third step is. I have them email me at a real email address so that I can control people who try to get the secret without signing up for anything. If they didn't sign up then I don't send it to them. When they do sign up then you send it to them.
