Thus they are able to accomplish more in a faster period of time. Their marketing goals are not just set for the sake of having a goal, they are done deals. It is virtually guaranteed that they will follow through with every goal they set because they have made the conscious decision to do so.
5. Optimism A positive attitude is the key to succeeding at virtually everything, including affiliate marketing. Why be optimistic? Optimism means explaining setbacks to yourself in ways that gives you resilience, strength and determination. Optimism improves your ability to succeed. Your attitude towards your business should always be good even if things are not going the way you planned.

When you are looking for a talented pool of people that will help you build and grow a company you want to look for people that have strong emotional Control. People that can control there emotions can work under stress and produce. They can block out distractions and summon their energies to deliver when needed. When you think about emotional control you can equate it to a situation in sports when the game is on the line and everyone is depending on you to lead the team to victory. In football Joe Montana and Tom Brady had this type of control, Michael Jordan had it, Tiger Woods has it in Golf. It is the ability to summon you energies and concentrate on the task at hand.

Rarely ask for opinions, since they favor their own decisions. When their freedom is curtailed, they may become rebellious and difficult to manage.
