?Women, avoid being overly stylish, as it can intimidating
?Women, avoid showing cleavage. I know many of you know this already, but I've seen massage therapists show a little more than necessary.

NOT SYSTEMIZING YOUR CLINIC
I can't tell you how much energy and time you are wasting if you haven't put systems in place for everything you do in your clinic. The way you schedule, answer the phones, greet patients, to how you construct your ads, or send out promotional material should all be systemized.

You likely do have some systems already in place, even if you don't mean to have them in. And if you're just running a one person show and aren't ever planning to get bigger, you can get away with sloppy systems. Or perhaps you want to grow into a multi-practititioner clinic, or maybe you're already there. In which case, you have to systemize as much as you can.
