It does not matter if you are doing affiliate marketing, selling on eBay or you have your own website to sell products from home. The key is in how you market and promote the things you are trying to sell.

This is completely lost on people and mainly because of all these programs that seem to promise all you need is a website to make money online and sell products from home.

A website by itself is going to do absolutely nothing to help you make money. You have to be able to spread the word about your website in a way that attracts site visitors you know are interested in what you are selling.

The coolest thing about the internet is there are so many ways to get the wordout when you are trying to sell products from home that you can literally build a customer base without spending a single dime on advertising.

I am amazed how many people I run across every day that have no clue there are tons of highly effective and free ways to promote anything online.

The key is understanding how all these free resources work and how you can tie them all together to create a mini network online all pointing towards whatever you are trying to sell.

Methods and sites that can literally take you seconds to use can potentially drive hundreds of customers a day to whatever you are trying to sell.

It is important to have some sort of site that looks decent when people visit of course but, it is more important to be providing good information and quality.

It is way more important to put the time and energy into getting people to visit a site and see if anything is going to sell. I see so many people spending weeks or months on elaborate websites without even knowing if they are going to make money.

Basic websites that load fast and provide good information quickly is really all you need. Spend you time putting together a marketing plan of free resources and have that daily attack plan that is going to drivepeople by the thousands to whatever you are selling.

You can sell just as easily using a free hosted website as you can with your own created website if you know how to find and drive people to your site.

Understanding things like search engine keyword terms, their volume and your competition is a great start to maximizing site visitors. Knowing how to analyze this information and then use it to attract people searching phrases that relate to what you are selling brings in visitors that are more likely buyers.

You can truly research and target people world wide that are looking to buy something from you without spending any money at all to do it.

That is the beauty of the internet and how to sell products from home.


1. Make your reader visualize they have already bought your product in your ad. Tell them what results they have gotten and how it makes them feel. They'll already become emotionally attached before they buy.

2. Turn your ad into an article. It could be a story, or how-to article. This will lead them into your ad without them knowing it's an ad. They'll already be interested when they get to your sales pitch.

3. Make sure you show your reader that they are getting a bargain. Tell them the usual price you sell your product for is $99. Then tell them if they order today they can buy it for $69.95.

4. Direct your ad headline to your target audience. Your readers will feel important and belong to a select group of people who buy your product. For example; "Attention! Accountants, Discover A New Way To Increase Your Client Base!"

5. Tell your reader how fast they can receive your product or service in your ad. Their buying decision may be based on how fast they can receive your product. They may need it by a certain deadline.

6. Use bullets to highlight your product or services benefits. Benefits are the key to selling anything, make them standout in your ad. You can use dots, dashes, or circles to highlight them.

7. Give a money back guarantee that surpasses a normal one. Instead of the normal timed guarantee, give them extra back. Tell them they can keep the free bonus or give them double their money back.

8. Tell your reader they'll receive surprise bonuses. This'll raise your reader's curiosity and make them want to buy so they can find out what the surprise bonuses are.

9. Let your reader know this specific package will not be offered again. You must create urgency so people buy now. You may always sell the same product but not with the same bonuses or price.

10. Give them a couple tips in your ad that will help them with their problem. This will give your business credibility and gain your readers trust to buy your products or services. ----
