The handset runs on S60 3rd Edition, and is complemented with the usual array of applications. The various multimedia options in the handset include a real player, a camera, music player and a gallery. Nokia E65 supports push email services from Nokia, Microsoft, Blackberry (Blackberry Connect), Good (Mobile Messaging) Visto, et al. The handset even boasts of an accompanying set of software, including standard PIM applications for Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Quickoffice) and PDF (Adobe) documents, as well as a Zip Manager and the Search, Teams and WiFi (wizard) utilities which are now standard applications on the E-series devices.
The Nokia E65 is available in red and mocha (brown) colour. Also, the handset might not be as glamorous and feature endowed as the E90 but according to trade pundits might prove to be a dark horse in the series. It is an eruditely designed and competitively priced business phone by Nokia.
