"Deliberate creation"... it says exactly what it is. You set out to deliberately create your life vs. letting life just happen to you by "default". Most of the time we find ourselves in situations, saying "How did I get here?" I would not have set out to create this for my life...you can not tell me that I have actually chosen to create this mess!" Well, of course, not on purpose anyway.

How do I create by default you might ask? I understand. Most of us would say we walk through life with our eyes open, looking fix our problems, and when things go wrong you are "right there". But understand that you create by default if you let your feelings run you, and if you feel others are responsible for how you feel. You might even create by default if you allow yourself to totally stew in negativity and forgivenesses for long periods of time...even years and years. Do you just "let" life happen to you? Ooops - creating by default my friend.

You must first embrace the Law of Attraction to understand and apply the Law of Deliberate Creation. When you come from an understanding that you will attract unto you what you are radiating in your thoughts and feelings - then you can set out to deliberately attract and create your world. You can be, do and have all that your heart desires. It is truth...It is LAW! And - really, thank goodness. We have something that we can depend on, the Law of Attraction is always consistent. There is perfect balance of thought and harmony in our lives.

If you are unsure about "how to" be a deliberate creator, here is a start. Every morning, when you wake up, ask yourself "How do I want to feel today?" Get very clear about what that is like. Sit with it for a moment. Now ask, "What am I wanting?" Then ask..."Why do I want it?" Here begins the creative process, the process of deliberate creation. Keep up this simple process until it becomes a habit.

Tips on How to Be a Deliberate Creator

1. Did you know what a powerful person you are? I am here to remind you that you can have it all...and it starts with how you think and emote.

2. Know that anything that you want is your to be, or do, or have.

3. How do I want to feel, what do I want, and why? Ask these daily of yourself.

4. Did you know that "appreciation" is a vibrational match to source energy? Step into this everyday, there is nothing you can not create from this place.

5. Softening your resistance to negativity will bring you closer to what you desire in your life...you don't get closer when you push against - you actually go in the other direction of your dreams.

6. Taking total responsibility for your life might seem like a bummer - with no one to blame where can you go? No where but UP from here. Enjoy the ride.

7. Understand that you may from this point choose to create it anyway you want.

8. So, with that said - where are you focused? Guess what...it's what you are creating. So get deliberate.

9. Always pay attention to how you are feeling. Feeling bad, you are not in the space to create what you want. Feeling good? You are in alignment with prosperity.

10. When you deliberately choose thoughts that make you feel good...you will be privy to the flow of good all around you - which includes feeling "inspired" into certain actions. Follow your bliss here...nothing can stop you now!

11. Abraham-Hicks says - "Nothing is more important that that you feel good!" Come from this place always.

It's time to ask the question...what do you want to create and what choices are you going to make, as a deliberate creator to align those experiences in your life? You choose it, and then you get to live it. Be inspired, be creative, and love life.

Your life is in your hands. Can you handle it? This Law of Deliberate Creation is all about choice...and you ALWAYS have choice. Make the choice to operate from "freedom of choice". You have shifted your power in this moment.

There are two things I would like to consider here. First there's your attitude. I think you will also agree that it is easiest to have a positive attitude when you believe you have the ability, or the resources to do something. Feeling worried or concerned that something might not be do-able can make positive thinking a challenge. And, if you've experienced failures or false starts, you might find yourself feeling a little on the desperate side. So, how do you create a positive attitude about something you haven't been completely successful at?

Secondly, there are your available resources. You see, another key ability for reaching your goals is knowing how to start where you are and use your current resources to take you forward. Here's what I mean by "resources":

When you think of your goals, the ones you've struggled to accomplish in the past, you may notice that you've been missing some of the abilities or "know how" to accomplish them. Or you know what to do, but you can't seem to get yourself to do it. By "resources" I mean the ability, energy, drive and inspiration you have.

Generally, we make goals about things we want that we don't already have. Have you noticed that we usually don't feel so great when we focus on a lack? Well, since that's the place we usually begin with goals, its great to have a process for moving from what we don't want to what we do want, while feeling good. Sometimes, just getting started on a new plan can be uplifting. More often folks tend to feel frustrated or discouraged. And that's OK! Its part of being human, that we all get discouraged from time to time.

Did you know that the negative feelings are part of the process of moving forward? Knowing what you don't want is the place where you start asking for what you DO want. Most of us are habituated to focusing on what we don't want, so we forget to shift our energy and focus toward receiving what we asked for. We just keep looking at what we don't want.

Changing the way you FEEL about the goal is the real secret to all of this. It can be difficult when you want something big, because there are big feelings associated with the desire. It seems hard. We don't always know how to do it and it can take a while to see the outcome we're after. If something feels big, you can be sure that you aren't really in alignment with it- another way of saying that is that your energy isn't in a place of being able to sustain a good feeling about it. So, you probably just don't have the resources to get there right now.

What can you do? You have to start with the things you know you can do. The proof is that you are doing them right now or you have succeeded easily with them in the past. Think for a minute about how it feels when you decide to do something and then do it! Go beyond one thing. What about when you have a day or a few days when you are really on a roll, feeling good about your accomplishments? Well, it's the good feelings that you generate that keep the ball rolling, even more than the things that you're doing. And if you can amplify those good feelings by focusing on them, celebrating your successes and enjoying the process, you actually propel yourself forward.

Inspired actions come from your inner being, from your relaxed, playful, joyful self. In other words, when you let go of struggling and pushing yourself to do things you think you SHOULD do, and allow yourself to feel good, actions will lay themselves out before your eyes. These inspired actions will feel exciting and very right! Doing them will seem like the next logical step. You'll soon see that inspired action is the only kind of action a deliberate creator needs.
