[S256]See The World Video
by Kaptain Dave, Kap
Now you don't have to join the navy to see the world any more, because Dish Network can show you the world and you wont ever have to leave your couch. Thats right!, never leave your nice, warm fuzzy couch and you can become a true world traveler. The navy is far too dangerous for you anyway, because you can catch strange diseases from the girls who work in the seedy bars in the ports of places like Amsterdam. Also something could happen, like a missile might accidentally go off, when you were taking apart so you could see how it worked or something like that.

Dish Network is the leader in satellite high definition TV and if you haven't yet experienced high definition, you will before long, because it is the way of the future and it is the latest technology in TV viewing. High definition is more than just the fantastic picture you get, with more then double the capacity for resolution that it comes in. Its the digitized surround sound, with Dolby noise reduction that comes through in CD quality.

You can listen to it direct from your TV or run it through a custom speaker system, for even better sound quality. So when you watch a travel channel in high definition, you almost actually travel there and if you watch a horror flick, the killer is right in your living room trying to kill you. Wouldn't that be fun?

Music programming that you watch in high definition, with the picture and sound quality is as close to being at the live event as you can get with out actually going there. Sports and adult programming are both so much better in high definition. High definition can bring the boxing match or the orgy right into your living room on the floor in front of you. Just think of all the great times you and your friends can have watching loads and loads of sex and violence while you all sit back and relax and drink cold beer.

It hasn't been that good since the days of sporting events at the Roman Coliseum. With over two-hundred and fifty channels for you to chose from with satellite TV, you will never have to worry about being bored and after you set up your customized personal menu, that has all your favorite programming on it, it will be a click of the button to find what you need.

Automatic program search lets you enter in the program you are looking for by its name or the name of the actor you are looking for and with a click of the button its there on the screen for you along with a brief description of the story line and the actors in it. Click the record button and it is automatically recorded when it comes on whether you are there or not.

It will even record it while you are watching something else. There are loads and loads of other great features that come with the free satellite system that Dish Network wants to give you but you will never know what they are, unless you contact them and find out how much better satellite TV can make your free time more enjoyable.

There are many things you provide to your children especially at birthdays and holidays. The problem however is that much of what we give to our kids are the electronic, site and watch or listen types of gifts. These do precious little to encourage their sense of understanding, wonderment or interest in the world around them.

All kids have an interest in the outside world and latent creativity. What makes things work and why are two of the strongest interests in many kids. The trick for parents is to bring out these natural interests through activities that encourage exploration and development.

If your interested in helping your child to develop a well rounded interest in life [and who isn't] it's important to expose them to new activities. We're not talking about turning on the Travel Channel or Discovery on the television. Kids learn by hands on activities like having a microscope.

Here are a few examples.

Want to teach your child about the environment? Get them a microscope. Collect some trash like a banana peel and a water bottle. Leave both outside for a few weeks then go exploring. Use the microscope to see how the banana peel has decomposed at a cellular level and will return back into the environment. Now look at the plastic bottle.

How about checking out something as simple as tree leaves? Using leaves as a lead in, it would make a perfect time to explain the role trees play in keeping our air clean by using carbon dioxide and creating oxygen.

Use a microscope to look at water from different sources. From the kitchen sink, there's far fewer "debris" than the gutter run off from a spring rain. This would be a perfect time to explain how thinking before pouring anything down the drain can help the environment.

There are thousands of things that you can use a microscope for to encourage your childs natural curiosity and get them away from the electronic playground we're provided for them. A microscope can get them outside, exploring their world, enjoying the air and wonderment that is our planet. Just get them started and the interest will take off.

When selecting a microscope for child use, consider one that supports the ability to take pictures of the results. This will enable you to create photos of the things your kids found fascinating. The pictures make great decorations on a bedroom wall which in turn may generate even more interest in learning more about a subject.

Open a real world for your childrens enjoyment and exploration. Get them a microscope.
