Finally, you can use whatever oil you like - including a mix of oils such as olive oil, rapeseed and flax - all of which have their own individual health benefits such as a high level of Omega 3 and 6. Also, because of the very sparing use of oil (the machine comes with its own titrated measuring spoon), the bulk of the calories in ActiFry chips (around 80%) come from carbohydrates.
