Unlike Ccleaner, RegSeeker does a deep registry scan and will clean thing in your registry that ccleaner will miss.
Eusing: Eusing Free Registry Cleaner is a free but will prompt your to register it everytime you run it. Registering it will cost around $17. Eusing will clean your registry, but in the process may delete some of your registry that is needed. This is a cleaner that definitely has to be used with caution, but overall it is a good cleaner.
