[P826]Puff Daddy He Don T Understand You Like I Do
by Richard Research, Ric

In today’s 21st world of faced paced hectic living with so many time saving gadgets we still; tend to find ourselves with less and less times to do what we really want and most importantly need to do. These time saving gadgets, fast foods, and quick prepare T.V. dinners make us forget exactly what we are living for. Life passes us by fast, and we wake up one day realizing months or years have passed us by which results in feeling pressurized by life itself.  Stress kills many people with and other related ailments that come from it. The never ending chase after wealth, to keep up with the proverbial Joneses or just keeping our heads above water leads to huge stress, and never ending feelings of pressure. Often you feel like there is always unfinished business with never enough time left to do it in.

Below are a few sensible ways that you can follow to slow down and take back control of your life and it is up to you to implement them yourself, as no-one can do it for you.

Firstly Slow yourself down a bit and start gaining control:

1. Sit down and make complete lists of things that need to be done in your life. These can be of current problems you have to face, unfinished tasks, places you need to go to or wish to go to and things you would like to accomplish.

If you are highly stressed, then when you sleep, your unconscious tries to sort through these problems and that is why you end up with nightmares and bad dreams, to finally waken un-refreshed. If your strategies are down on paper your brain will be more relaxed because of the order you have set which your subconscious will realize and you will get a good nights sleep.

Get the minimum of exercise even if you hate it:

2. Most people hate exercise period! Your body needs it whether you like it or not and it is vital to good health. This does not mean going to a gym, but simply taking time to walk down to the corner café instead of driving, or walking round the block with your dog. Right, if you do have gym membership that you took with good intentions that have lapsed, even going there once a week can be beneficial in helping you to unwind and you get a little value for money at least as well. This will improve your brain function, blood circulation, as well as helping you to sleep better at night.

Have a good Laugh to

3. When last did you have a really good  laugh that made tears run down your face and your stomach muscles ache? One of the best ways to do this is to hire a good comedy DVD or 2 and sit down with a bowl of popcorn and some snacks without being stressed you will gain pounds! Read some good Joke books, comics or watch a few T.V sitcoms are all a good means of a good laugh which is vital to release stress. Laughing makes you forget your stresses, relax your body, and rekindle your sense of humor that may be waning under pressures you face every day.

Eat plenty of fruit and raw veggies in a salad with your meals often:

4. So everyone keeps telling you this but you are too busy to cook a proper meal anyway?. But really, how many of us find that we just don’t tuck into a juicy apple, pear or a celery stick anymore. Too busy right with everything else makes most eat unhealthily. A fresh salad or piece of fruit can help detoxify your body and replace lost vitamins from unhealthy eating of fast foods in your busy lifestyle. So try and make an effort to take something healthy to work with you. Vitamin supplements are good but fresh food from nature is unbeatable.

Try to Stop worrying and dwelling on things you cannot change:

5. Take time out to analyze just what it is you are worrying about and whether it is going to change anything... Even going as far as writing out your worst case scenarios of IF, IF, If what would happen if. Putting things in new perspective makes them look a lot less fearful and it is also a known fact that 90 percent of what we worry about never actually happens or if it does o it was not as bad as what the worry made it seem to be. Whoever and whatever, and why ever problems or issues you are dealing with are part of life and no doubt whoever you will be dealing with to solve these problems is also human and has the same sort of concerns.

Try and Think positive thoughts all the time:

6. This is something you have heard many times no doubt. This is another aspect which has been proven to improve all aspects of your life you are busy with. Having a positive attitude even in the worst situations not only makes yourself feel better but affects those around you as well. As soon as a negative thought creeps in, bombard it with positive scenarios, the rest will take care of itself. Rather look at the bright side of everything!

Follow the above life changing stress reducing tips and, YES they can be life changing because you can start living a more adjusted life and start doing things that make life more of a pleasure. Don’t always blame money or lack of it on your current circumstances or stresses. There are also miserable stressed out rich people out there with their own crosses to bear. Money can make things easier sure, but is not always the; be all, and do all of life.  Simplifying and un-cluttering your life a little can make it more fun in its own. We should always remember we all have a limited time on earth. Look around and enjoy the world’s sights sounds and little pleasures which are in abundance AND FREE! Live life to the fullest and always give yourself time to really make it worth living.  Others around you will also benefit and you will live longer because you are less stressed.

Here are the knives you must have:

Chef’s Knife

The Chef’s, or Cook’s, Knife is used for tough tasks like chopping and dicing when preparing food. It ranges between 6 and 12 inches in length. You’ll find that the blade is curved, which will help you perform tasks on the cutting board. Think of it as the “work horse" knife. Yet, and this is a little knife trivia for you, the Chef’s Knife is somewhat infamous as the knife used in the movie Halloween.

The Bread Knife

Okay, now to test your “Knife Knowledge". The Bread Knife, around eight inches long, is used in any of the top kitchen cutlery sets, to…yup, you guessed it, slice bread.

The Paring Knife

The Paring Knife is only 3 inches long. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for in use. You will find it an indispensible part of all kitchen cutlery sets as you use it for peeling and coring.

The Utility Knife

At around 6 inches, on average, in length, the Utility Knife is somewhat of the kitchen cutlery sets' “step child". It has no specialty but is often used for random tasks.

The Steak Knife

Perhaps a favorite knife is the Steak Knife – favorite because, other than your personal dining knife, it’s the knife closest to the food at meal time. It’s used to slice meat at the dinner table prior to serving, quickly easing the hunger pains of your family and dining guests. It’s about 5 inches in length.

The Cleaver

Then there’s the scary looking Cleaver, which is rectangular in shape with a blade of 6 inches in length. It’s a handy “knife" that is perfect for chopping and cutting bone.

The Boning Knife

A Boning Knife, with its flexible blade, is ideal for removing bones from meat. Unlike the above mentioned cleaver, which cuts through bone, the boning knife worms its way into small places and literally “ejects" the bone from the meat. It’s about 6 inches long.

The Fillet Knife

Looking to fillet fish? Then you need the Fillet Knife, which, at around 10 inches in length, is a bigger version of the Boning Knife described above.

As you can see, no one knife can do all the cooking/food preparation jobs for you. As in an advanced economy, it’s the division of labor, utilizing the talents of various knives, that gives you the cutting and slicing power you need. That’s why you should look at comparing and shopping for kitchen cutlery sets.
