When people decide to switch to raw food diets they are often overwhelmed by the new diet restrictions and the food choices they must make. There are many ways to simplify the transition to this healthy diet, however, such as raw food classes and books. The basic raw food list consists of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and sprouts. Raw food diets that are rich in freshly juiced vegetables lower your pH from a more acidic to a more alkaline state, keep your skin looking beautiful, prevent obesity and stop illnesses from getting past your immune system. As long as you only eat foods from the raw food list without cheating, you can have the healthiest body possible.
