Usually cold often starts with feeling tired and we do not go to doctor for cold & flu treatment, we almost know that everything which doctor can prescribe for treatment. The flu starts suddenly and hits hard and the symptoms are worse like shaking chills, profuse sweating, muscle ache, vomiting and high fever it is necessary for us to go to doctor immediately. Many people use antibiotics for cold and flu treatment, but antibiotic won't prevent bacterial infections developing from cold.

Since I am a student of medicine I prefer Sambucol because it is the best products for cold & Flu based on natural. This product has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms and duration of cold & flu. The efficiency of Sambucol has been shown through clinical studies. Since they are 100% natural the products are perfectly suitable for all members of the family.

Apart of using medicine you must take prevention measure to avoid cold and flu, wash your hand frequently and properly, avoid to touch your nose and eyes, keep your own towel do not share and more importantly use gloves in winter particularly in public places specially in public transport.

Slice up some citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruit etc) and put it all in a large jug together with all or any of the following:

You can top up the pot with fresh boiling water until the ingredients are exhausted, and then you need to chop up a few more ingredients and start again!

This wonderful elixir will really pick you up whenever you feel unwell. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful Garlic

This herb is the number one item on my list of the finest foods for detoxification. Garlic is a great cleanser and sterilizer of the digestive tract, creating a harmonious environment within it. For those of you worried about the pungent aroma coming off your skin when you eat garlic, well this just proves how much you need to detox! Indeed it is the indicator of how much you need to detox. Keep at it, a clove a day and you will notice how quickly this smell disappears, proving quite nicely how effective garlic is in detoxing your body and dissolving all those unwanted fats and cholesterols!
