1.12 Electrical & Telephone installations:Surfaced wiring electrical installations generally.One telephone point per apartment.All rooms to be fitted with one ceiling light point and one socket.Kitchen shall be fitted with 2 double sockets and one point for refrigerator.Living/Dining rooms to be fitted with ceiling light points and 2 wall-fixed light points.All switches,sockets and electrical fittings to be of good standard quality.

1.13 Waterpipes and outlets installations:All kitchen-sink,shower and Wash-bassins to be fitted with hot water system.Individual gas water heater installationin each apartment.Waste water reticulation to all Bath/W.C and kitchen in PVC pipes.Quality sanitary wares and accessories in all Bath/W.C.

1.14 Automatic waterpumps and 2Nr fiberglass watertanks be provided.

1.15 Air-Conditioning installations:All apartments shall be fitted with individual air-conditioning installations and accessories.

1.16 Generator:The complex shall be fitted with a generator set to provide power for swimming-pool and waterpumps and in case of general electrical supply breakdown.

1.17 T.V antenna:All apartment shall be fitted with a T.V antenna connection from a common Reciever for MBC channels.

1.18 Security :The complex and all the apartments shall be fitted with an alarm system to provide a 24hr security service under patrolled surveillance and emergency service.
