I would suggest taking advantage of the many free resources to learn from such as blogs and forums. To find them just do a google search for blogs then look for subjects on internet marketing then the same thing for forums.

The point that I am getting at is this if you are researching Internet Marketing you will be blasted with everyone trying to sell you their e-books.

I would strongly suggest you buy nothing at all until you learn what it is you want to do. Even on some of the blogs people will be attempting to sell you their products which is fine, but research the field and you will find many great free newsletters that you can sign up for that should give you hours of reading and lots of information to digest (sometimes too much but more on that later.)

I would advise you to search for forums on internet marketing. This is where you see beginners and seasoned veterans helping each other out.

If you get on a good FREE forum you will find people of all skill levels working together for a common goal of making a living off the internet.

It's really a great thing to be involved in because you may come to the table with some good programming or HTML skills but know nothing about marketing starting to see the picture here.
I have found some very wealthy people doing 5 figures a month that I was able to help out with my computer skills then in return they have helped me get on the right track in marketing on the internet.

My personnel favorite forum is called The Warrior Forum if you watch and learn you will gain knowledge and it's free.
