Your first task is to cover the basics that every registration form needs to cover. Here are the basic elements of any registration form:

* Date & title of the event
* Location of the event
* The cost of registration
* The agenda for the event
* An indication of how long the registration process will take (for paper forms, this would be a pagination number like 'Page 1 of 5', for online forms it is a completion timeline)

The addition of these items will greatly increase the likelihood that your potential attendees will register right away.
