In creating your own flyer, you can just use Photoshop and Word. If you however want to do it close to that of a professional, you can use Indesign or QuarkXPress. Just prepare your photos in Photoshop and then transfer them into Indesign or QuarkXPress. Word can be used to layout your design, but it will be very difficult to have it the way you want it to.

You could even make the whole flyer in Photoshop because of its purpose to manipulate images but the program doesn't do so well with text. Illustrator can also be used if you plan to add any drawing or design because Photoshop can be very limited in that department.

Designs can be done entirely by you. You have all the freedom that you want in regards to designing the flyer. You can put a picture, add in texts that are very eye-catching together with some clip arts, design would be a piece of cake.

Decide what paper you would want to use as well. Are you going to use a matte or a glossy paper at that? Are you going to use a plain white paper for your advertisement? Or use colorful papers? These are also things to consider because they would be reflecting your businesses’ image.

Sometimes using a simple design and printing it in a plain paper would be as effective as printing it in a colorful paper designed multiply. It still depends on how it would relate to the message that you are trying to give out.

Now with the printing of those club flyers, you may want to think twice. Printing a club flyer can be very tricky on your own. You may have a paper jam suddenly in your printer and this could cost a halt in your printing process. Or the ink might suddenly dry off that could delay the printing as well.

Try to call up or visit some flyer printing company that can handle the printing job for you. They would have modern printing equipments that can produce your flyer in seconds and in multiple copies.

Afterwards, take some time to consider as well the people that you are going to distribute the flyers to. You would not want people to just throw out the flyer that you use up a lot of time making and spent money on printing. Be sure that the people you are giving it out to are your targeted audience or can atleast be your potential customers.
