Winters are truly one of the best seasons in the whole year. The snowy streets, pines covered with snow, children running around throwing snow balls on each other, and the best of all, the warm cozy beds. Truly, it feels great during this season. But the best part about this season is that everyone gets a big holiday during the Christmas and the New Year eve.
Holidays are meant to be spent in the beautiful cities like Cyprus, Venice etc. Winters in Cyprus are very different from the winters in the other countries in the north. The winter sun holidays in Cyprus are not that chilly and are very comfortable. But there might be a few problems you might face during these holidays.
The first problem you may face very commonly is the availability of tickets. Winter is the time when nearly every family goes on a tour to the beautiful destinations of the planet and Cyprus is one of the most loved holiday destinations. Once you get the tickets, half of your problems are finished. But there are a few more problems like getting accommodations in the hotels and other lodges. One of the wonderful beaches in Cyprus is located in a place called Ayia Napa. There are several beaches around the place with beautiful turquoise water. One such beach is called Nissi Bay which is quite popular with young people. Another popular beach is called Macronissos beach.

There are many hotels to choose in this region, ranging from 2 star with basic amenities up to 5 star luxury resorts. One of the most exclusive is Aenas Hotel which is located next to Nissi Bay. In the center of the town is located Napa Plaza Hotel which is quite popular with younger people. Older people like to stay in Tasia Maris Beach Hotel.
