Our fees reduce on a sliding scale dependant upon the product type and the number of claims that you submit to us. We charge £295.00 for the first audit that we conduct on your behalf, £195.00 for audits 2-5 and £95.00 for each audit thereafter. If you wish to take advantage of our services in relation to reclaiming unfair bank charges, unfair credit card charges or the mis-selling of a Payment Protection Policy, we charge a flat fee of £95.00 per claim for these services. This fee pays for a full claims management process including a comprehensive audit of the clients Credit Agreement with their respective lender. In addition all communication with the respective lender will be undertaken by the Red Kite Ethical Debt Solutions LLP team on your behalf, and regular updates will be provided to you, the client throughout your time with us as a client.

How long does the claims process take?

Once a client has paid the auditing fee and the 14-day cooling off period has been completed, it takes approximately 2 months to establish whether the team can successfully pursue the claim. If the Credit Agreement in question can be challenged then it can take between 4 to 8 months for the case to conclude and may result in your debt being written off.

The timescales are largely dependent on the response times of the lender. During this period it is recommended that the credit card be used in a way that is consistent with usage prior to the claim and that the minimum payments are met each month.

I don’t have my original agreements anymore, can you still help?

It does not matter if you don’t have your agreement, as we would request an exact copy from your lender no matter what the situation.

Once we take on your case, you will need to pay £11 to your lender in order for them to provide a comprehensive copy of the file that they hold on their systems.

Will this affect my credit file?

Your credit file will be affected if you are failing to repay due payments, receiving defaults or CCJ’s.

What if I have bad credit?

You are asking us to evaluate your credit agreements; you are not applying for a loan, so relax.

You have the same rights as a person with poor credit history or someone with an impeccable credit history.

I am already in default with my lender, does this matter?

This is not a perfect situation as it may affect your chances of a successful claim.

However we may well discover a number of breaches in your contract or find that it has been improperly executed which will still lead to a successful outcome.
