Let's talk about an Internet marketing rhythm and what you can do to achieve it on a consistent basis.

If you ever played sports you probably got into a rhythm and found things extremely easy. You see it happen all the time in professional sports.

For example a football team will take the ball up and down the field almost at ease. The announcers talk about how they are in a good rhythm!

Professional baseball players achieve a zone where they see the ball more clearly and are hitting in rhythm. It's at this time that their batting average always goes up.

As professional Internet marketers we can reach a rhythm in our business consistently too. However to do that there are a few things that must happen.

1. You must eliminate distractions. For example if you are surfing in traffic exchanges you should focus on just doing that for a specific block of time.

If you do this you can surf multiple exchanges a one time which allow you to accomplish more. You will find you are getting in the rhythm as you surf from one page to the next and jump back and forth between multiple traffic exchanges at a time.

Distractions could come in the form of family, telephone, online chatting, and so on. They also come in the form of having too many screens opened up in your browser to the point you are constantly jumping back and forth and checking things and not focusing on the task at hand.

Another big waste of your time is checking email. If you are not careful you will find yourself constantly looking at your inbox when you should be in an Internet marketing rhythm.

2. You should block out a period of time you are going to really focus on one task. To do this you need to know how long it takes to accomplish things within your Internet business.

For example if you are going to reply to email you know approximately how much time you need to spend each day to clean your email out. If you really focus on doing this, and not surfing around and wasting time on other things, you can achieve a rhythm where you are replying to your emails and eliminating them one by one.

This is a couple of examples of things you can do to achieve an Internet marketing rhythm. It primarily falls back on eliminating distractions and focusing on the task at hand. You will get a lot more done if you approach your daily to do list this way!
