There is no better form of rude awakener than that. And many people need that shock to realize that they are indeed putting their health at risk because of their negative habits. They will usually turn to a dietician who will recommend a healthier protein rich diet and a gradual exercise program, in line with their patients overall health condition. What they will always recommend is a colon cleaning program that will exorcise all the rubbish and bacteria that has accumulated there. This is the first and best step in a person's return to fitness.

The next time they go for their annual check up, they will receive the moral boost of having their premium reduced to its previous level.
