Are You Ready For The Next Internet Gold Rush?
by Jay Douglas, Jay
And savvy folks are quite excited about it. Why?

Because if you learn the techniques you need now then you'll be miles ahead of your competition.

And that means you'll easily be able to generate huge amounts of money because you'll be communicating with consumers in a medium they understand and trust.

Now, here's some good news...

First of all, you DON'T need to stand in front of a video camera to make outstanding full-motion video infomercials that get results. I know that comes as a relief to many people.

You see, I am not very comfortable looking at a glass eye while I'm trying not to flub my words.

Other folks, on the other hand, are a natural. Let's face it. Some people are great in front of a camera. Others, like myself, need to stay behind it.

Whichever camp you fall into, you need to learn to make video infomercials to help promote your product or services or those of others.

I say this because I envision a time in the not to distant future when people won't take you seriously on the Internet if you don't have a video that showcases the product or service you're trying to promote. They simply won't believe you. Why?

Because...

People are lazy and they either don't have time or don't want to read a 500-800 word sales page.

Think about it. How much extra time and patience did you have today to sit around reading a 500-800 page sales page filled with nonsense about how the author wants to "blow your mind" with what he or she is selling?

Lots of people, myself included, are both audio/visual learners and have no interest in reading stuff like that.

I'll bet you feel the same way too. But, I think you'll also admit...

Audio alone is limited in the information that you can provide potential customers. Video, on the other hand, has proven to be an immensely popular form of communication on the Internet.

And that's proven by the fact that Youtube.com every DAY gets over 200 million views of its videos. And that figure doesn't include Google Video or any of the other video hosting services.

That's 200 million views daily just on Youtube alone!

That's a lot of eyeballs and that's a lot of potential cash if you know how to tap into it. So it's obvious...

People on the Internet are taking to video like a bee to honey. And a smart, savvy Internet marketer is going to find ways to capitalize on this growing phenomenon - while same old', same old' marketers will still be trying to use 800 word sales pages talking about how they are going to "blow your socks off." But that mode of advertising is headed for the same fate as 8-track cassette tapes and the floppy disk.
