Hummus (or "humus", "homous" and so on). The basic dish made of dround cooked chickpeas with tahini, garlic, cumin salt and lemon. Sometimes served with olive oil, chopped parsley and paprika.
Hummus Ful. The same, but with cooked brown broad beans ("Egyptian ful") in a doughy texture. It’s usually mixed with cumin, lemon juice and salt.
Mesabha. Made of the same ingredients as hummus, but with a very different texture. The chickpeas are not ground but mixed with the tahini, olive oil, garlic etc.
Triplet. Hummus mixed with ful and masabha.
