In The Bible But Not In Quran (2): Kill The Uncircumcised!
by Dr. Ibrahim Khalil, Dr.
Circumcision is the removal of some or the entire foreskin (prepuce) from the penis. The word "circumcision" comes from Latin circum (meaning "around") and cædere (meaning "to cut").
Circumcision is primarily performed for religious or cultural reasons.
Male circumcision is a religious commandment in Judaism as well as in Islam and customary in some Oriental Orthodox and other Christian churches in Africa.
Circumcision is most prevalent in the Muslim world, Jews, the United States, the Philippines, South Korea, and Africa.
-----------------

Circumcision in the Bible:

According to the Bible, Circumcision is the covenant which Abraham and his seed must keep. Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac were circumcised.

Genesis 17 (King James Version)

10] This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
11] And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.
12] And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.
13] He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.
Also, in Leviticus 12:3 (King James Version)

3] And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
-----------------

Were the Lord Jesus and Paul Circumcised?

The Bible does not say if Jesus was Circumcised or not, but one believes that He was because He respects the Law. Why then most of the Christians do not act like what their Lord Jesus had done?
Also, Paul who was a Jewish priest was circumcised too. However Paul was the cause to deny Circumcision by his misunderstood interpretations.
-----------------

Circumcision in the Quran:

Circumcision is not mentioned in the Quran.
Circumcision is recommended in some Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad).
Muslims respect Hadith and consider Circumcision as an obligatory commandment! Also, Muslims know that Muhammad was circumcised and they like to do what their Prophet had done!
-----------------

Circumcision in Medicine:

In March 2007 the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNAIDS recognized male circumcision as an effective intervention for HIV (AIDS) prevention.

Studies have also reported a rate of penile cancer from 3 to 22 times higher in uncircumcised than circumcised men.
-----------------

Circumcision in the History:

The earliest pictures of circumcision are from cave drawings of Ancient Egyptian tombs from the Sixth Dynasty (2345-2181 BCE).
The examination of Egyptian mummies which dated before Abraham time has found some who were circumcised. Had the LORD a covenant with the Egyptians too? This indicates that circumcision was well known before Abraham; it follows that the concept of the covenant between God and Abraham and his seed is questionable!

The Severe Penalty for the Uncircumcised; Kill

Genesis 17:14 (King James Version)

14] And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

This verse shows the severe penalty of the uncircumcised. The LORD Commands to kill him.
This penalty of the uncircumcised is not found in the Quran and or in Hadith!
