Lesson #27
Imagine your life exactly as you want it to be! What does it look like, what does it feel like?
Years ago after I had gone through my illness experience (I prefer to explain it as my “enlightening"), I began to feel and sense things on such a profound level. Things were opening up for me and becoming very expansive. This scared me somewhat as I couldn’t understand what was happening. When I went back to my energy practitioner, she explained that I was opening up all my energy fields and thus was allowing who I truly am to come to be. I am being who God intended.
Do we all have this capability? Absolutely! We are meant to experience things on such a grander scale, but our layers of stuff prevent us from coming into contact with who we really are.
Take a few moments. Sit back and close your eyes. Wait! Don’t close your eyes yet….WHEW! Okay, read this first and then close your eyes.
If you were going to describe your life to someone, and you could only use descriptive words, which words would you use? Use a lot of detail to describe it. If you say it is rich, what does this mean? Describe rich.
Take a few moments and use your imagination.
What does your life look like? What do you see?
What does it feel like? What’s the texture?
What sound does your life make?
What does it taste like?
When you speak of your life, what do you say?
Now tap into your sixth sense. This is Spirit, the Universe calling to you. What is your purpose?
You know what has been interesting? As I think about who I was and attracting my illness to help me do my introspective work, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come. I used to be a rescuer, the one who needed to make it okay for others, especially my ex-husband. I was the poster child for Manager of the Universe, leaving me last.
I can now describe my life in such vivid, enriching terms. Without my own energy clearing, I wouldn’t have been able to do this though. I needed to clear a lot of internal stuff that was standing in the way of me living a deeper, richer life. Now I’m here living my life on purpose and it feels incredible!
Recently, I’ve encountered more men who are the rescuers, the managers of the Universe, the ones who need to make it okay for their partners. This isn’t just unique to women; men also have these patterns of behavior as well.
Why am I attracting these men? Because men don’t talk about their issues with others, and I can certainly relate to their pattern of behavior. I can teach them to release so they can find their way back to their wholeness. It’s time to release having to be it for someone else. We only need to be responsible for our own lives.

There is value in feeling tremendous love for oneself. You feel goosebumps all the time. You have this amazing energy and zest for life. You wake up each day anticipating miracles.
Do it for you! You are the priority! You are enough and you do deserve!

Are you using your imagination to manifest everything you want? Do you envision abundance flowing to you? Remember the mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined? Act as if!
Scripting is a powerful way to do this. In the book, Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks, there is an activity where scripting is done to bring you the people or things you desire. I’m going to illustrate the ideas from this book as I’ve been doing this and more and more things are coming my way. Powerful? Absolutely!
“If something that you desire is not coming, it can only be that you are not allowing it to come because of the thoughts you practice that are contrary to your own desire. Nothing else prohibits you from realizing your dream." Wow! Are you getting it that YOUR thoughts are bringing you what you focus on?
This is taken from the book verbatim.
“Here’s how the scripting process works. Pretend that you are a writer and that whatever you write will be performed exactly as you write it. Your only job is to describe, in detail, everything, exactly as you want it to be.
As you are having fun playing the game, and are not taking it too seriously, any of your hindering beliefs are less likely to be activated. In other words, by pretending that your computer or notebook is magical, and that whatever you desire can be realized, you accomplish the two things that are necessary in the achievement of anything: You focus the lens of your desire, and you offer no resistance.
You literally script any life that you desire, and the Universe will deliver to you the people, places and events just as you decide them to be. For you are the creator of your own experience�"you have only to decide it and allow it to be."
Here’s what I do. I write my own screenplay with me as the main character. Okay, I’ve always had an affinity to be on stage and this way I get to be the star. I write the screen play, the conversations, including the other actors exactly how I intend them. I use my imagination to envision all of it; it’s really fun to do this. I’ve had the exact conversations that I envision. It is truly amazing!
I’ll be honest here. I do let my imagination run wild sometimes when I’m in the mood to play as I script. George Clooney is one of the actors I put in my screenplay. We look into each other’s eyes and then….. I think you get the picture. Won’t it be fun to see when I actually meet him?
If there is something that you desire that has not yet come to fruition, scripting is a very powerful way to speed it up.
Now, your turn. You are the star of your own movie. Pick one area of your life that you want to write a screenplay and start writing. Have fun with the process and don’t get caught up with, “I can’t envision me as a sexy, vibrant person." Oh, YES, you can! Keep the vibration at a higher level for you are to born to manifest all that is wonderful. Remember it doesn’t have to be a long process, but the most important thing is “let go." Keep scripting daily. I would love to hear what manifests as a result for you.
