Article Marketing - 4 Steps To Article Writing Inspiration
by Ron Woodham, Ron
Writing an article is not JUST a matter of gathering your thoughts and then setting them down on paper. You have to make sure that you have your targeted reader in the forefront of your mind at all times. This way, you can be sure of grabbing their attention and keeping them interested enough to read right to the end of your article. We can all learn easily enough the mechanics of article writing. How to set out your article, how to form your sentences and your paragraphs, and so on. You may also be an absolute expert in your chosen niche. But we know that this is only half the battle.

Creativity and a free mind are the main ingredients in the recipe for easy article writing, and they both come very easily to some people. They seem to have the natural flair and freedom that makes article writing, and indeed writing of any kind, a real pleasure for them. Butt what of the rest of us struggling to get our creative juices flowing? The way words, sentences, and paragraphs are woven into a clear and informative article is the very essence of effective communication through article marketing.

There are many ways of gathering your ideas together and making sure you can achieve the correct state of mind to transfer these ideas clearly into your article writing.

Here are four simple steps you can take.

1- Relax! If all your thoughts and ideas are muddled up in your mind, this will cause stress and a sense of panic, and those creative juices will be thoroughly blocked. Try to stay focused just on this one article you are going to write. Not the one you wrote yesterday, or the one you hope to write tomorrow, but THIS one, today, now. Try to clear your mind of all obstacles that may be a hindrance to your state of mind.

2 - We are beginning to see that article writing, like any creative process, can be dependant on you state of mind. This mindset can be helped by working in a space that inspires your creativity. So make sure your working space is clutter free and well organised, with all your notes easily accessable. Scrabbling on the floor to retrieve pieces of paper with your notes on, will NOT help you towards a creative mindset!

3- Still on the working space, some people find that surrounding themselves with favourite pictures or objects helps them towards a relaxed state of mind. Set the mood by playing your favourite music, if this helps.

4- Always carry a notebook. Ideas can spring from almost anything you encounter in your everyday life. People, places, situations, can all trigger thoughts and inspiration to be used in your article writing. Conversations with friends, people-watching, something you read in a newspaper, all rich sources of material for your article writing. A good idea is to carry a separate diary for your notes. It is often useful to be able to pinpoint the exact day you had a certain thought or made a certain note or observation.

So, with a little bit of thought and preparation, you can easily create the right mood and mindset for truly creative article marketing.
