You Cant Worry Yourself Through Disaster!
by Larry Frank, Lar
I've devoted my life to helping people make emergency preparations. But, believe it or not, I also don't want anyone staying up all night worrying about the worst that can happen. If you've done everything you can do to make sure you're as ready as can be for whatever might happen, you should put thoughts of doom and gloom aside and enjoy your life.

Did you notice that I said "if you've done everything you can do..."??

Because if you haven't adequately prepared for natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires, tornadoes and floods, all of which are on the rise around the world in recent years, you're missing a big opportunity to protect yourself and your loved ones - and to give yourself a lot more peace of mind, knowing you've taken care of this kind of critical advance work.

Did you know that each natural disaster has its own personality - and its own deadly tendencies? For example, tornadoes and earthquakes give you the least warning - whereas hurricanes give you the most. It's up to you to find out the odds of which disaster is most likely to happen in your neck of the woods - and take the right action so you have the best chance of survival!

Stocking up on the right kind of food supplies and survival gear and storing them in the proper way goes a long way to dealing with disaster. You have everything you need when vital services are disrupted and stores just aren't reachable or open for business.

Any expert will tell you that worrying and being anxious doesn't accomplish anything, except leaving you feeling stressed out and frazzled. What helps you feel better is taking action. That's why I recommend knowing how to prepare for whatever disaster might happen.

So, take the necessary steps to research what you can do to help your family through any disaster scenarios that you can think of. Try to think in terms of 72 hours. What will my family need for 72 hours if we're on our own? Remember, the more you think now, the less you'll have to think when there's an emergency!
