The reason cellulite is rarely seen in men and widely appeared in women. There are many different sections that will focus on the dreaded cellulite. Almost 90% of women in America and Europe suffer from the dreaded ?cottage cheese? syndrome or the ?orange peel? skin. A person's genetic makeup predicts their fat storage and metabolism in these layers which are predisposed by diet, exercise and lifestyle. A brief overview of cellulite is the Fat deposits under the skin that outwardly give the skin a dimpled, or orange-peel like appearance. We always have to keep in mind that the skin reflects our internal state of health and nutrition. Also make sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.

This unsightly bumpy appearance of cellulite on the skin is most commonly seen on the hips, thighs and buttocks of women. A woman's hormones are usually responsible for the regulation of their blood flow, fat, connective tissue and lymphatic drainage. Cellulite's formation is a result of complex physiological changes that occur in the subcutaneous fat layer. There are two types of cellulite and they are soft cellulite and hard cellulite. Hard cellulite is difficult to get rid of because it doesn't lift from the body easily. It's also harder to see because it attaches directly to the muscle. Soft cellulite is not as concentrated as hard cellulite and is much more visible. It occurs in large areas and, because it doesn't attach so strongly to the muscle, it's looser, often sagging from the body.
