Blushing Bride Or Hefty Hippo Thats For You To Decide
by David Elcoate, Dav
If you're the blushing bride to be or a member of the wedding party chances are you're stressed short on time money and energy. Luckily for you all of the latest research shows that short and time efficient workouts are just as effective if not more so for fat loss and fitness. Meaning that with the right program you can get the body you want without cutting into your wedding preparations.

Here are some quick and easy workout tips to make your work put simple, effective and efficient:

Rememeber how you stand affects how you wear the dress so the first part is posture, posture and oh yes posture. Yes I know boring and you've probably been told this before, just ask yourself what would look better in a dress; walking down the isle gracefully like a swan or waddling round like a hippo.

The first key to looking great in your wedding dress is to stand correctly.

Keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down,
Belly button pulled in slightly,
Keep a slight squeeze of your bottom and,
Keep your knees slightly bent

Remember these should only be a slight contractions, so if you're walking around like a mummy chances are you're squeezing too tight, which will stop you from moving as much as possible and hey movement burns calories right!

So from there you need to move as much as possibleand like I said movement burns calories, so the more that you move the more calories that you burn. This is why Bridal fitness programs that focus on isolating specific body parts which are supposedly geared to the type of dress you're wearing are in fact a complete waste of time.

If your goal is to lose as much fat as possible and get lean toned muscle within a short space of time then training with large multi-joint, multi-directional movements is your quickest ticket to a fabulous body.

For example why just step forward with a lunge when you can step sideways backwards and even out to the corners of the room; you can add overhead shoulder presses to your squats; jack knifes to your stability ball push ups and a dead lift to your upright row. Remember more movement means more muscles engaging which means the more fat you burn, which all leads to a better looking you.

Right now time is the one thing you don't have so why create problems and stress yourself out with long workouts, when short intense workouts are more effective for burning body fat. So use time efficient training to burn more fat, get the figure you deserve and still have time for all the planning and organising you have to do.

Take advantage of full body circuits or super sets (two exercises back to back), that work the entire body keep your heart rate up and burn fat faster during and after the workouts. To really maximise your time put those multi-joint, multi-dimensional exercises mentioned above into a circuit with minimal recovery and you'll find the fat literally just melting away.
