1) How is mold remediation done through fogging?
A commercial fog machine is sued that spays the patented chemical used by the various mold remediation companies across the premises of the homes and offices. 3) Are there any problems when the mold remediation process is done?

Humans and pets shouldn't be near the premises when the mold remediation process is been carried out. The entire process takes 67-8 hours and humans as well as pets should only enter after 6-8 hours. This means that people should practically leave the premises for 24 hours.

On returning, they need to wipe the exposed surfaces with a damp cloth before they can start living in the premises again. Since hydrogen peroxide is the base that is sued here, the smell would remain for a couple of days before completely disappearing.
