As a conductor if you feel that your singing group is well versed in their singing, then you should join competitions. These competitions are first local and then they become regional. The competitions are also carried out nationwide which searches for the best singing group.

The best part about the singing group is that you are allowed to do something that you love doing. In the process of doing what you like you actually get to earn money.
