I made the mistake of hiring a coyboy builder to install a much needed bathroom cabinet in my ensuite above my sink. One night I was awoke with a start by a very large bang. It was only the bloody cabinet coming down onto my sink, snapping it in two! I have many sinks in my house, 5 to be precise, i had 4 en-suites, and a main bathroom. i needed new sinks and fast. I had to have it replaced. But I couldn't have mismatched sinks in my house! All the sinks in the house needed to be the same. I have a small case of OCD I think. Things need to be a certain way. And the thought of the sinks no matching was making me feel sick inside. It was a huge task replacing all the sinks. Most people would just replace a sink with any old new sink. Not me. My sinks were special, they had been passed down from generations. My oldest relatives had installed them when she lived here years ago, to me they were simply priceless... I didn't want the OCD taking over my life yet again. HELP ME. I knew deep down that the legacy of my great great grandmother lives on because of those sinks so I knew deep down that I needed to replace them. The sink was on my mind each time I tried to sleep, each time I ate or drank. All I could think about was sinks. Should I replace them or not?? I had the perfect image of the sinks I wanted. I decided the best place to go to get them would be the biggest bathroom retailer in England. So off I trotted, tail between my legs , for I knew what I was doing disgusted me deep inside. As luck would have it, they did not have what i was looking for. i had come this far, i was not gonna give up and settle for the regualar syle of sinks that were on offer. After much trawling the internet, I found a company that would custom make sinks for me!! Fantastic!! I got straight onto them and told them the specific idea for the sinks I wanted, they were very helpful and made a mock up of the sinks on their software, emailed me the design. It was perfect. Like a dream come true. The sinks took next to no time in being constructed, they even came out to my house and fitted them in for me. The nice plumber after a cup of tea even fitted me a new cabinet! Hopefully this time it will hold! The old sinks are in the attic catching dust, at least the new ones can someday collect the same value for others generations in our family. I want everyone to enjoy them!
