1.Always wear shapely and tight brassieres since the early developmental years to prevent sagging of breasts in later years.

2.Do not wear too tight bras. A very tight bra may be one of the causes of cancer eventually.

3.A daily massage before bathing is beneficial. Olive oil massage in circular movements from the lower part of the breasts to the upper can be beneficial. A cold water thereafter ensures rapid circulation and growth.

4.Cold water splashing will help firm a flabby bosom and you should spray or sponge the breasts with cold water always before getting out of a bath or shower.

5.If the breasts are very heavy, they dangle because of overweight and pain slightly. Surgical operation is done to remove extra flesh. This is an expensive proposition. Various pills, creams are available to make the breasts smaller or larger.

6.When breasts are under-developed, generally women use heavily padded bras without realizing that a thick, synthetic padded bra will heat the glands and may eventually result in cancerous growth. It is essential to remove the bra at night.
