Dinner: Your dinner must have two portions of lean protein and unlimited servings of non-starchy vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, and mixed green salads. Mix them with species, herbs and lemon juice with sea salt. Avoid unnecessary calories such as creamy sauces, margarine and butter.
