How do the stage show and film differ?
In the musical, the story occurs in 1881, the movie in 1870 (a historical fallacy, because that means France would've been in the middle of a war.) In the movie the ages are all shifted closer to the book. On stage Christine and Raoul are in their 20's, Phantom in his late 40's-50's. In "Think of Me", the backdrop falls, but it doesn't actually hit Carlotta, it just frightens her. Almost all of the costumes are different.
What is The Movies all about?
The game is very simple. An original idea by Peter Molyneux - you get to run your own Hollywood movie studio. The game can really be divided into 3 main areas - designing your movie studio, forging the careers of movie stars, and making movies. It is possible to focus on any of those areas that most appeal to you, and spend less time on the others.

For Shadowcasting, a movie is projected onto a screen while live performers act out the movie in front of the screen for the audience. All-Con 2008 offers features the local Rocky Horror troupe LosBastardos on Friday night with a cast of their own professionals. A convention without costumes is as odd as a peacock without feathers. Costumers bring their finest works to conventions to show them off and engage in friendly competition. All-Con will hold our Costume Competition Saturday evening.Some (very few) cast members are blessed with the ability to sew, or know people (friends, relatives, Mom) who are similarly blessed.

What was it like working with Cher?
What was interesting about Cher in this movie is that she was to play a diva named Cher. She'd come and hang out on the set in sweat pants, a real normal person. Then they'd come and say, "In 20 minutes, we need two more shots," and she'd say, "OK." In her trailer were all these costumes; she'd put them on, and a crazy wig and do these wild scenes.
