There are three techniques for lowering stress: Exercise, Meditation and Breathing. Reducing stress is a powerful tool to boost your physical and mental health, which makes weight loss easier.
Most weight loss programmes recommend exercise a means to burn excess calories. Many of such programmes fail due to unbalanced plan disturbing the functioning of serotonin and insulin. Never overdo exercise. Many dieting women harm their bodies with such a fury of exercise resulting in prolactin, serotonin, and other important hormones going into the stress mode.
A healthy level of exercise is around 30 minutes daily. To do more is a viable option; however, you should only increase your routine as you increase your endurance. The following guidelines are suggested for your routine: 1. Exercise in a manner you enjoy. 2. Exercise half an hour a day, five times per week 3. Never exercise to exhaustion

There is a strong connection between your mantra and meditation; a connection that will be strengthened with each use. If you prefer, you may also use a 'hamsa mantra', which is also exceptionally powerful and simple.
'Ham' is the sound of inhaling while 'Sa' is the sound of exhaling, listen closely to your breath and you can hear its subtle sound. Changing your breathing pattern one can also change their emotional state of mind. Long, deep, breaths will lead to relaxation, while short quick breaths will cause stress and panic.
