If you've spent forever seemingly training in doors with common strength training aparatus (barbells/dumbells etc), you'll find kettlebells a really refreshing change. As this can all be taken outside quite easily. So, grab a few kettle bells and away you go. Wow, even carrying kettle bells outside (likefarmers walk) could be thought of as a warm up or part of your exercise session.
Personally I've done workouts in the back yard, at the school field and sometimes outside at work on lunch times. They're so simple to cart around with you, you could always have one in the boot of your carvan for an automatic workout any time feel like it.

Why do you you workout with kettlebells? I workout to compliment my sports goals and also melt fat and the kettlebell allows me an interesting option to other methods of fitness as well as extra dimensions in my strength training that usual modes doesn't usually give.
Also, my goal is the development of every day ability that will allow to perform greater in things from everyday life to sports.
Here is my kettle bell routine for blasting away unwanted fat
Using a single kettlebell of your availablity and ability the following routine can be done in a circuit style wherever you happen to be
(20) 1 Single Arm swing (10 L & R)
(20) Single Arm Clean (10 left&right)
(20) Shoulder Presses (10 L & R)
(20) Hand to Hand swingSwings
(20) One Arm Bent over Rows ((10 L & R)
(10) Windmills (5 left&right)
Begin with 60 second active rest between each set and diminish accordingly as you progress and try to do the whole circuit 2-4 times through.
As a rule it should take you less than half an hour and will melt energy long after you finish the circuit. Go steady enough until you can use the weight of the kettlebell sufficiently.
