Despite trying endless fad diets and starting but never renewing many gym memberships, my dream of a healthy body remained just that for many years - a dream! Not long ago I discovered that these were not the secrets to becoming healthier and fitter; instead it was our metabolism. I found that the more I concentrated on boosting my metabolism the more energy I burned across each day and the more weight I lost.

My body is in better shape than it has ever been. I feel healthier and look better and everyone asks how I did it. My answer is simple. I just made some changes; boosting my metabolism through exercise, watching my diet and modifying some aspects of my lifestyle.

I wanted to make a real and permanent difference to my life-long weight problem so I made changes to my diet. I started to enjoy boosting my metabolism through exercise and I altered aspects of my lifestyle. Changing each of these areas, together, was the smartest step I have ever taken.

I thought I knew all about a proper diet and it turned out that I did not. This still saw me eating enough food to feel full while the fat around my stomach started to disappear. Lifestyle changes were part of my get-fit campaign that I had always neglected. The more I focused on speeding up my metabolism, the more I realized that all aspects of my life needed to be balanced, especially when it came to rest. I made sure I got all the sleep I needed.

My days of a body shape that expanded and contracted like a balloon are over because I now have the secret to good health and a consistently great look and feel.
