Hair Care: Fish For Your Wish
by Jones, Jon
Do you know how important is fish in your diet that will fulfill your wish to get healthy hair? But before I start the importance of fish in diet for healthy hair I would like to say that this article is only for the non- vegetarian and not for the vegetarian. One of the most valid reasons for loss of hair is that of lack of protein. Some veggies that follow crash diets that exclude protein while those with abnormal eating habits may develop protein malnutrition and that can be seen as hair loss disease. Protein deficiency can make your hair brittle. Due to lack of protein human body undergo certain changes to fight the crisis. The body starts to save protein by shifting the growing hairs into the resting phase. On such condition the roots of the hair becomes and it starts shedding.

Since hair is a kind of protein known as keratin so deficiency of protein in your diet may cause some thinning in hair or retardation in the growth cycle of your hair. The converse is similarly true that is if your diet is rich in protein it will often result in improved hair growth. Therefore it is suggested that to add enough of protein in your diet and good food sources for protein include fish and eggs besides beans, yoghurt, calves liver, soy protein, brewer's yeast, wheat germ and a daily dose of two tablespoons of granulated lecithin to maximize hair growth, strength and beauty.

Various chemical processes, heat treatments and styling products that are randomly used on hair can cause considerable damage to our hair. And for those who stay away from any kind of chemicals are also affected from the adverse environmental conditions. So, the only to way to counteract these damages, is to start with a balanced diet making the hair strong and healthy. As it has been mentioned earlier that our hair is proteins that our body produces from foods we consume. Research says that although all animal and plants cell contain some protein, the amount and quality of this protein can vary widely. And where vegetarians depend completely on plant sources for their daily protein consumption there plants don't contain the full range of essential amino acids and so are not as high in nutritional value as animal protein. Fish proteins contain sufficient amounts of all the essential amino acids required by the body for good health that further has great impact on your hair.

Protein is a major functional and structural component of all our cells that begins from hair to fingernails so by consuming a well-balanced diet that contains a variety of different foods, it is possible to provide your body with the required amino acids. But by consuming fish protein that contains the full range of essential amino acids you will successful in getting that healthy and lustrous hair that you wished for.
