Make Use Of ALL Of Your Capacity
by Hans Thorn, Han
Are you using all of your capacity? Are you using it the best way it can be used? If not or if you are unsure, have you ever thought of hiring a coach who can help you get your life and/or your business to take off? What if you already are doing well, but yet only make use of a fraction of your true capacity!

Probably you have built your business or work with help of what you are good at. Maybe you have applied qualities like a good social competence, excellence in closing business deals or something else to get you where you are today. All this is fine, but the question is, are you where you really want to be? Maybe you have totally different dreams and goals you want to achieve, but feel you are not reaching all way through.

All leading athletics, business managers, pop musicians and other successful people have one thing in common. They have people around them helping them grow and get better at what they are doing and therefore reaching amazing results. The thing is that they did not get the amazing results first and then got themselves a coach, instead the got themselves a coach first who coached them to reach amazing results.

Here are a couple of tips you can use when looking for the right coach for you.

Excercises:

1. What areas of yours do you need to develop to really get your life and/or business to take off? Write down a list over these areas

2. Write down 3-4 names within each area that you know has the competence to support you

3. Contact these people in priority order and ask if they want to coach you

4. Remember to always offer them something to help you (you do not get something for nothing)

5. If the reject the offer, continue to the next person on the list until you have found yourself at least one coach in each area

6. If you do not find anybody, or if you do not want a coach in person, you can use books, CDs, DVDs, etc. containing the information you are looking for

7. Another way to find people than can help you is to search for them at different sites on the Internet. For example in different forums relating to the areas you want to find coaches in, or at sites where people offer their services for a fee. Examples of such sites are elance, guru and getafreelancer. These sites are primarily for help within Internet related tasks. The good thing here is that there is a rating system so you can see what other people think of them and their services.

You have to pay for their services but usually you end up in paying for a mentor or coach one way or another, if you do not have a close friend that can help you or if there is a kind of sponsored business accelerators who can help you with your business idea.
