How To Rewrite Articles For Article Marketing
by Gen Wright, Gen
Rewriting an article saves the writer from having to spend time doing research or brain storming for new ideas. The ideas are already in the existing article. All that needs to be done is to rewrite the same sentences in a different way so that the article is unique. Rewriting is nothing new. Many established publishes rewrite quality articles into new articles to publish in their magazines or news columns. Although article rewriting is a great way to save time, there is a still a proper way and a not so proper way of rewriting an article.

First, let's talk a little about the not so proper way. Some people use software or scripts to input an existing article, have the software rearrange the words or replace some words, then spit out the rewritten articles. So far, there's no software that can replace the job of the human being yet. Such software often spit out articles that are illegible. One read, and the reader will know that the article is not written by a human writer. The sentences sound weird and usually, much of the original meaning is lost.

Also, it is unethical to use someone else's article for rewriting unless you're granted explicit permission to do so. It's alright to use private label rights articles for rewriting, but not alright to use a copyrighted article without permission. If you have to, use the original sources as research and don't just rephrase the words. Add your own opinions to make your article unique.

The only acceptable use of computer aided rewriting, to date, is the use of macro articles. Macro articles are articles written by human beings with many phrases in the article having several versions. The script of software will then select at random the phrases to use. The end result is that the final product looks like a unique article written by a human writer. That's because a macro article is indeed written by a human. The phrases are chosen by the writer. All the software does is not generate different versions of the article, and the messages usually remain the same and the original meaning is retained. As a result, many article marketers have turned to using macro articles as they save many hours of typing.

So let's say your goal is to send out ten articles each week. If you're using macros to rewrite your article, that means you only have to create one macro article (it takes a little longer than writing a usual article), and have ten or more versions of the same article rewritten by a macro tool.

Recognize the benefits of rewriting, and do it the proper way to get a higher acceptance rate. You have the flexibility of adding new comments, opinions, phrases or sentences to your rewritten article if you want to improve upon your original article.
